Our work in the community is powered by a circular social impact model: investments from our corporate partners are reinvested directly into local programmes, allowing us to deliver all of our training, workshops and resources to schools and charities completely free of charge.

Reached over 30,000 schools in the UK with the NatWest Thrive Live Unlocked Game, teaching young people about fraud and scams through our Gamified Learning Solution.
Launched 2 six-week beginner programmes in Software Testing (ISTQB) and Project Analysis (BCS), resulting in 7 hires at Stellar Omada, fully funded by the company.
Delivered 3 STEM-focused sessions at Heart of Midlothian FC Innovation Centre, including Fans of the Future and Digital Timeline.
Summer Placement Programme sees regular returnees, with over 20 participants, and one now working with us as a permanent Business Analyst.
Launched Escape Rooms in December 2024, which have now engaged 5,000+ young people in immersive digital learning.
